A Taste of Spring: A Whimsical Easter Champagne & Tea Celebration

At Village Gourmet, we believe food is more than a meal- it’s a memory in the making. That belief came to life at our recent Easter Champagne & Tea event hosted at the beautiful Tall Oaks Hall at Warm Hearth Village, where residents and their families gathered to celebrate not only the holiday but the joy of togetherness.

The atmosphere was nothing short of enchanting. Delicate pastel hues adorned the tables, accented whimsical touches including Easter bunny napkins, Mad-Hatter style hats, and cheerful jars of jellybeans that beckoned guests to reach in and rediscover their inner child. But the true centerpiece of the celebration was the food table itself- lined with a stunning spread that showcased the very best of our spring catering repertoire.

Guests were greeted with an option of sweet tea, refreshing champagne punch or a curated wine and craft beer selection, offering something for every palate. Hot tea was also available.

The Easter themed table was like a garden in full bloom: fresh fruit glistened- sun-ripened pineapple, ruby red watermelon, bright kiwi slices- all nestled beside a fresh charcuterie board. Rose-shaped salami bloomed among cubes of artisan cheeses, accented with springs of baby’s breath and blush-pink florals.

Our delicious falafel and flaky biscuits served with jam were a hit throughout the event, also offering our guests an array of crisp vegetables, offering balance, texture, and seasonal vibrance to every plate. Can’t forget our colorful tray of petite fours for dessert- They were almost too stunning to eat!

It was a gathering filled with laughter, storytelling, and shared bites- proof that food can bring people closer, spark joy, and turn an ordinary afternoon into something magical. We’re honored to be part of events that don’t just feed the body but nourish the soul.
