Our Venue

The Village Center is a beautiful timber frame building set amidst lush woodlands that create a backdrop that changes with the seasons.  Unrivaled by catering venues in the New River Valley, the modern community room boasts a wall of windows overlooking the terrace that spills out into the 220-acre woodland campus.

No matter how large or small, we’ll create an event to remember with all the modern conveniences at hand, attended to by trained staff:

Tall Oaks Hall Room Rental Capacity: 150 at tables, 175 in chairs, theatre seating

Rental: $75/hour

Access to the room 15 minutes before the scheduled event with an attendant on duty.

Woodland Studio Room Rental

Capacity: 25 at tables, 35 in

chairs

Rental: $50/hour

Access to the room 15 minutes before the scheduled event with an attendant on duty.

 

Zoom Meeting - $195

Includes all equipment needed for the meeting with two microphones - one handheld and one lapel.

AV Package - $125

Includes the use of all microphones, projector, screen and laptop with an AV Technician for setup and operation.

Projector, Screen and Laptop - $75

Each Additional Microphone - $25

Microphone Rental - $25 each

 Food & Beverage Policy

  • All food and beverage items must be provided by The Village Gourmet and will be subject to 5.3% Virginia sales tax, 4% Montgomery County meals tax and a 20% service charge.

  • The Village Gourmet must be notified of the final guaranteed number at least seven days prior to the event date. Food and beverage will be charged according to the final guaranteed number or the actual number the day of the event, whichever is greater.  If a final guarantee is not provided at least seven days prior to the event date, the estimated number on the signed contact will serve as the guarantee.

  • All alcohol must be purchased through The Village Gourmet. We adhere to all ABC rules and all guests must have proper ID.

Building Rules & Decorations

  • Client agrees not to disturb adjoining neighborhoods or Warm Hearth Village properties by creating excessive noise. Failure to do so will result in termination of the event with no refunds to client.

  • No decorations are to be affixed to the walls, ceilings, or moldings. Glitter, confetti, poly-fill, artificial snow, or other such materials are not allowed. Candles are permitted as long as they are contained and cannot come in contact with centerpieces, linen, or other flammable material. All centerpieces and decorations must be approved prior to being put in the reception space.Violators will be subject to a $25 per hour clean-up fee.

Smoke Free & Weapon Free Campus

 Our facility sits on a smoke-free and weapon-free campus. Please make all guests aware of this policy. These policies are strictly enforced.
