The National Bank’s Tall Oaks Hall
Rental Rate: $100/hour
Capacity: 150 seated at tables, 175 theater-style
This spacious hall offers a flexible layout for everything from wedding receptions and holiday dinners to professional conferences and performances. The adjacent patio is also available to expand your event outdoors—just ask about adding it to your rental.

Woodland Studio
Rental Rate: $75/hour
Capacity: 25 seated at tables, 35 theater-style
​A warm and welcoming space ideal for showers, smaller gatherings, breakout meetings, and private prep areas during large events. Woodland Studio can also serve as a bridal dressing room or staging space for special events.

Food & Beverage Policy

The Village Gourmet must provide all food and beverage items and will be subject to 5.3% Virginia sales tax, 4% Montgomery County meals tax, and a 20% service charge.

The Village Gourmet must be notified of the final guaranteed number at least seven days before the event date. Food and beverage will be charged according to the final guaranteed number or the actual number on the event day, whichever is greater. If a final guarantee is not provided at least seven days before the event date, the estimated number on the signed contract will serve as the guarantee.

All alcohol must be purchased through The Village Gourmet. We adhere to all ABC rules, and all guests must have proper ID.

Client agrees not to disturb adjoining neighborhoods or Warm Hearth Village properties by creating excessive noise. Failure to do so will result in the termination of the event with no refunds to the client.

No decorations will be affixed to the walls, ceilings, or moldings. Glitter, confetti, poly-fill, artificial snow, or other such materials are not allowed. Candles are permitted as long as they are contained and cannot come in contact with centerpieces, linen, or other flammable material. All centerpieces and decorations must be approved before being put in the reception space. Violators will be subject to a $25 per hour clean-up fee.
Smoke Free & Weapon Free Campus
Our facility sits on a smoke-free and weapon-free campus. Please make all guests aware of this policy. These policies are strictly enforced.
